How does PickMall rank malls?
Pick the brands you shop. Malls rank first by how many of your picks they have, then by how close they are to the middle of the map, so moving the map re-ranks them for that area.
Where do the store lists come from?
From each mall's own directory wherever there is one. Where there isn't, the list is assembled from brands' store locators, and the app says so. Lists are refreshed as malls change, without needing an app update.
A store is missing, closed or on the wrong floor
Email us the mall and the store, and a photo of the mall's directory if you have one. Fixes go out to everyone without an app update.
Can I ask for a brand or mall to be added?
Yes. Email the brand or mall name, and the city.
Do I need an account?
No. Your picks and favourite brands are kept on your phone. If you delete the app or change phones, you'll need to choose them again.
Why does it ask for my location?
Only to sort malls by distance, and only once you start picking brands. It's optional and never leaves your phone. See the privacy policy.
